How to Downgrade your Java
For Windows 7 - 8.1

Part 1 - Unistalling Java
1. Go to control panel
2. Click on "Programs"
3. Click on "Programs and Features"
4. Find Java in the list and click on it once
5. Click the "Unistall" button on the lists header
6. go through the uninstall process.
PART 2 - Re-Installing Java
1. Go to this link: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/java-archive-downloads-javase7-521261.html#jre-7u71-oth-JPR
(This is the version i use [Java 7 update 71] for testing my modpacks so they should all work on this version)
2. Download the version of Java you need for your computer in particular. Be careful to choose the right Operating System (eg. Mac, Windows, Linux) and for the right "bit" eg. get "x64" if you have a 64 bit operating system and "x86" if you have a 32 bit Operating System. To find out what bit your computer is click here It is quite easy to find out.
3. If prompted create an oracle account or log in.
4. Run the Downloaded Program
5. Go through the set up.
6. Done!
